Psand.net specialises in temporary satellite and wireless communication networks to provide Internet access and other related services for events, festivals and outreach projects. We have a number of fully self-contained mobile units enabling us to establish a fast, reliable and cost-effective connection and local network in a matter of hours, without the need for cabling or any other installations.

Since June 2002, we have been providing Internet connectivity at a wide variety of predominately outdoor events in the UK and Europe, from large-scale commercial music festivals to the historic anti-war protests in London's Hyde Park. Using our innovative technology, we have provided Internet cafés, open-access terminals, office-network services, press and production facilities, audio and video streaming and site-wide wireless access points. In addition, we have presented and run workshops covering topics such as the Internet, free software, copyleft, wireless networking and mobile communications.
